We were interested in purchasing a property in Torrevieja and had been in email contact with Lee at the Resale Centre prior to viewing some properties. He picked us up at our apartment on the Friday morning and took us to view properties we had seen online - as well as throwing in a couple of others - one of which was exactly what we wanted. We asked for a second viewing which he arranged for us. The price was a bit more than we wanted to pay but Lee contacted us a couple of weeks later to tell us the price had dropped and, with his help, we successfully agreed a sale. Lee gave us details of a cheap and cheerful hotel to stay at when we returned to Spain to do the 'legal stuff'. He also went out of his way to meet us and walk us round to the Lawyers office. As if all that was not enough he offered to take us back to the property the next day for a 3rd viewing which was very much appreciated. Nothing has been a bother, there was no hard sell involved and throughout our time in Spain it has been a pleasure finding our property in the sun with Lee and the Resale Centre.

Thank you again for showing us the wee bungalow that is now our Spanish home in the sun.
