Prices and availabiity change regularly so please use these prices as a guide only.Here we have a selection of apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. These apartments are set on the ground floor with terrace, 1st floor with terrace and 2nd floor with terrace and solarium. all apartments come with 2 parking spaces. All approximately 60m2 build size and the apartments have access to a large communal pool. La Marina is a busy little seaside town with loads of local amenites and beachfront restaurants. Located just a 15 minute car drive south of Alicante airport.These apartments are just a 15 minute stroll to the beach, 900m to be exact.

These will be fantastic holiday rentals due to the location and facilities nearby, La Marina village is open all year round with local spanish tapas bars and shops, the furniture packages shown in the showhouse are available to buy for an additional 3950 Euros.
