Description

A very cool and different restaurant, located in Campoamor on the southern Costa Blanca, only 200 meters from the beach and the marina. It is sold as traspaso, which means that you buy the contents but not the local, which you rent. The monthly rent is €750/month. The restaurant is sold fully equipped. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need and an equipped bar. Today there are 10 tables with 46 seats as well as a lounge corner to have a drink or wait for a table. There is also a larger wine fridge. In the restaurant there are large panoramic windows in all directions, which gives a fantastic view towards the sea. There are two toilets, ladies and gents. There is also a main entrance and service entrance for product deliveries. Fish Bowl is one of the oldest and most charismatic restaurants in Campoamor and is still in operation.
