Description

This is a lovely spacious second floor apartment with all principle rooms having outside windows. Built in about 2004, it has been well maintained and decorated throughoutThe kitchen is of a good size with modern units and a separate utility room. Two of the three bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and the third a free-standing wardrobeThe lounge is cosy and benefits from a small angular wall so that it is not box like. This leads to a small balconyThe lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning/heatingThe roof is large with good views of the mountains, in all of this time it has been more or less exclusively been used by us. It has a decent sized shed.Rafal is a self-contained town of 4000 residents. It is essentially Spanish with a smattering of expats. It enjoys all of the facilities that you would expect such as three supermarkets, specialist shops, sport facilities including swimming pool and of course a health centre. It is 20 minutes from the seaside resort of Guardamar and Orihuela City; 30 minutes each to Alicante, Torrevieja and Murcia
