Description

We are very proud to present this beautiful town house in Hondón de los Frailes. It is located in the centre of town next to all services. Very quiet area in a traditional Spanish village. The house has 2 floors and also has a terrace at the back. On the ground floor the house has a large entrance hall, two bedrooms, a spacious living room with fire place, a dining room, a kitchen with barbecue and, bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, most of it is open plan without divisions, but it also has a bedroom and a toilet. The house is in very good condition, it just needs some repairs/modernisation but nothing structural.
