Golf properties on the Costa Blanca are becoming increasingly more popular as investment properties in Spain due to the rental potential and low prices compared to the Costa del Sol golf properties.

We have been key promotors of Costa Blanca and Costa Calida (Murcia) golf properties for many years and have seen the rise in Golf property sales increase dramatically over past years and with new developments still being planned and built the rise looks set to continue.

With the amount of Golf property and golf courses on the Costa Blanca, it will not be too long before a major golf event with the PGA is held on the Costa Blanca which would spark a huge rise on Costa Blanca golf property.
