The Resale Centre recognise that not everyone can afford to buy a second property outright and we recognise that some people would like assistance to purchase their property. We act as introducers to mainstream Spanish Financial Institutions that have links to the UK banks.

• We also introduce (and recommend) that you use a Spanish based and bi lingual legal service.

• We can of course also introduce you to UK based financial advisors who can help you to arrange finance for your second home.

• It is important to note that we only act as introducers to the financial / legal services offered by the various advisors that we may introduce you to.

• Jubilee Estates are NOT licensed Credit Brokers and can not be held liable for the actions of others.

• That said, we only introduce to legally registered Credit Brokers or other financial institutions.
