Country house situated in the area of Alcaña (La Romana) - the village is 5 minutes drive away however the larger towns of Aspe and Novelda are both within 10 minutes drive. This property is well connected and close to all amenities and services. The property has 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Outside it has a BBQ/Summer kitchen area and garage plus water and electric is connected , all set on a 2000m2 plot with countryside views. There is also an ex water deposit that can be used as a private swimming pool. The property is in reasonable condition but could do with modernisation but this is reflected in the very low price. The city of Elche is just 20mins drive away whilst Alicante city, airport and the Costa Blanca beaches are within a 35min drive.
