Set in an idyllic location between Hondon de las Nieves and La Romana, this property is for someone wanting to undertake a renovation property (not just basic decoration!) but the work needed is reflected in the low asking price - however it needs new windows, kitchen, bathrooms etc. The plot is 14000m2 and covered in mature olive and almond trees. Access to the property is good however the final 300mtrs is a untarmacked road. The town of La Romana is approx 6min drive which offers all day to day amenities with bars and restaurants, however the larger towns of Aspe and Novelda can be reached in approx 15mins and offer all services including large supermarkets, schools, sports centres etc.
