This apartment is ideal for full time residence or a perfect holiday home with off road parking. On entering the property there is an enclosed terrace, ideal for an extra dining area or for just relaxing in. Inside the property is a good size lounge with an American style kitchen at the rear which leads out onto the back garden. Off from the lounge is a small hallway where you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the master bedroom has aircon and both have fitted wardrobe. The property benefits from access to a  lovely well maintained community pool with changing facilities, this area can be accessed  directly the back garden gate. This apartment is within walking distance to amenities and Torrevieja’s Friday market and Aquapark. Torrevieja is a vibrant town with beautiful blue flag beaches. The Habaneras shopping centre and the cinema are just a 15 minute walk away.  The La Zenia boulevard shopping centre where you can find all branded large shops is only a 10 minute drive way. The property is ideally situated with the airports of Alicante or Corvera reachable within 40 and 50 minutes away.
