Both the bedrooms, the lounge and the glazed terrace have ceiling fans, and there are mosquito screens on all the windows. Towards the rear of the kitchen a private enclosed staircase leads you to a very large private solarium with fantastic views of the local countryside and the large communal pool.  The solarium is large enough to accommodate up to 10 people and makes a superb location for relaxing and sunbathing in private or having a BBQ and enjoying meals al-fresco.  In addition, there is a permanent storage unit on the solarium, which could easily be converted to a third bedroom at very little cost, the property also benefits from satellite tv. The apartment is in a peaceful cul-de-sac at the end of which is a dedicated off-road private allocated parking space as well as access to the large communal pool and patio area. Overall the property is an ideal holiday home.
