We are please to present to you this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in the center of Algorfa. The apartment is in immaculate condition and comes as seen! There is a large communal solarium upstairs with some lovelys views of the orange and lemon gloves along with the mountains in the background. There is also a communal bathroom and changing room upstairs to use when you are using the swimming pool. In the apartment there are 3 spacious bedrooms a nice open kitchen and the terrace has been glazen in and made into a dinning area along with a utility area. There is private parking downstairs and a private storage room. Opposite the apartment there is a childrens play area, the apartment is located just a 2 minute walk to the maintown square, where there are afew bars and restaurants to be able to enjoy everything from a morning coffee to a nice evening dinner. Algorfa has a large sports facility at the top of the village with 3 large football pitches, tennis & paddle courts and a village comunnal swimming pool. The village has everything you need on your doorstep. it is only 5 minute drive to La finca Golf ressort A 10 minute drive to Guardamar beach And a 30 minute drive to both Alicante & Murcia airport.
